Tapping Trees

Sorry about not posting. I've been pretty busy with all my activities. Five in all! We recently tapped out trees and got about five gallons a day. All but one of our trees are running well. If anyone taps, you could probably do it soon. This year we're trying out a new system for tapping our trees. It's the tube and bucket system with only one bucket per tree. 

Very Foggy today. I can barely see the orchard! Homeschooling is fun. I'm learning Italian. Arrivedechi!

No more snow. I'm working on a book. We don't have anymore snow.

We have power. Some of Midcoast doesn't. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
